Brian L. Trimyer

In his practice Brian advises clients and protects the interests of individuals, small businesses and other entities in a wide variety of cases involving business disputes, real estate and land use disputes, probate, trust and fiduciary litigation, property tax challenges and appellate litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in both state and federal trial courts, as well as in appellate courts and in private arbitration proceedings. Whether representing clients in litigation or providing advice, Brian seeks to help each client achieve their objectives as efficiently and effectively as possible. Brian is rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review, which is a designation that he earned from his peers for having the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.

Like the other attorneys with Harllee & Bald, Brian is involved in community and bar activities. He has served on the not-for-profit board of directors of Legal Aid Manasota for many years, including serving as president of the board for three years. Brian has also served as a member of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. Brian is a member of the Manatee County Bar Association as well as the Sarasota County Bar Association, and he is also a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Brian lives in Sarasota with his wife and daughter.
