Adam Mohammadbhoy

Adam Mohammadbhoy has more than 25 years’ experience in representing individuals, fiduciaries, professionals, and businesses in a variety of disputed matters from pre-suit resolution, arbitration, litigation, discovery, mediation, trial, and appeals in State and Federal Courts. Adam concentrates his practice in the areas of business and civil litigation, real estate disputes, estate and trust litigation and inheritance disputes, contested guardianship proceedings and personal injury claims. Adam has served as Court-Appointed Special Fiduciary in contested Trust and Estate Litigation matters.

Adam joined the firm at its inception in 2001 when he, along with John Harllee, Kimberly Bald and Brian Trimyer, formed Harllee & Bald, P.A.

Adam has served on the Florida Judicial Nominating Commission for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, is a graduate of Leadership Manatee, and has contributed to the community through his service to the Early Learnings Coalition of Manatee County since 2005. He was also a member of the Manatee Community Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Currently, Adam serves as chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Early Learning Coalition of Manatee County. He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law section and Trial Lawyers Section. Adam was just recently appointed to the Florida Bar’s Civil Procedure Rules Committee.
