Aaron joined Harllee & Bald in 2014 and focuses his practice on trust litigation and inheritance disputes, real estate disputes, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. He represents individuals and companies in complex litigation matters from pre-suit dispute resolution, mediation, trial, and appeals. Aaron has earned from his clients a Silver Client Champion through Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed as a Florida Super Lawyer Rising Star since 2020.

Aaron is a Board Member, and President, of the Manatee County Bar Association. He is also a past Board Member and President of the Manatee County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Currently, Aaron is a committee member for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee "B."

A Fort Myers, Florida native, Aaron attended Stetson University for his undergraduate degree where he studied history and played four years of NCAA Div I Baseball and was Team Captain during the 2009 – 2010 campaign. Aaron continues to be engaged in athletics and is a player and co-founder of the Tampa Bay Tiger Sharks, an Australian Rules Football team that plays at the state and national level. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing for both salt and freshwater species, boating, reading, hiking, and exploring National Parks.

He and his family live in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
