Elizabeth Campbell
Elizabeth joined Harllee & Bald in 2025 and specializes in appeals, probate litigation, and commercial litigation. Elizabeth graduated from Stetson University College of Law with a concentration in Elder Law. Elizabeth was a member of Stetson Law’s Award-Winning Moot Court Board—a distinct honor for less than 1% of law students. As a member of the Board, she argued before the Florida Supreme Court and was hand-selected by the Justices to receive the Best Oral Advocate Award.
After arguing before the Florida Supreme Court, Elizabeth wrote an article on the subject matter she argued on, entitled No Surprises Here: Why Social Media News Influencers May Be Entitled to Presuit Notice Under Section 770.01, Florida Statutes, which was published by the Stetson Business Law Review. During her time at law school, Elizabeth was 1 of 8 students from Stetson Law selected to participate in the Comparative Trial Advocacy Program at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
At graduation, Elizabeth was awarded with the Judge John M. Scheb Excellence in Appellate Advocacy Award and was 1 of 12 selected from Stetson Law’s graduating class for the Order of Barristers. The Order of Barristers is an honor society for those with exceptional skill in oral advocacy, trial advocacy, and brief writing. In practice, Elizabeth represents clients in complex legal matters in both Florida state court and federal court, including will contests, breaches of contract, undue influence claims, and lack of capacity challenges.
