Kimberly Bald
Kim Bald has more than thirty nine years of experience in representing individuals and companies in complex litigation matters from pre-suit dispute resolution, discovery, depositions, mediation, trial, and appeals. Kim concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, probate and trust litigation and inheritance disputes, contested guardianship proceedings, and ad valorem property tax challenges. She has extensive experience as a trial and appellate attorney representing individual, corporations and other legal entities, personal representatives, trustees, trust companies, financial institutions, beneficiaries, and guardians.
Kim is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the premier trial lawyers organization in the United States and Canada. Fellowship in the College is limited to one per cent of the lawyers in each state, and is offered only to those who have been thoroughly investigated and found to have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism and collegiality. Kim has maintained the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell each year since 2011. She is listed as a Florida Super Lawyer, is named in Florida Trend Magazine as a Florida Legal Elite for commercial litigation, and is recognized by Best Lawyers of America.
