Background and Education
Born in East Orange, New Jersey, on August 28, 1958, and a resident of Sarasota since childhood, Kimberly Bald earned a B.A. degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 1980, and her J.D. with honors from Stetson University in 1984. She served on the Editorial Board of the Stetson Law Review in 1983-1984.
